Our story begins with sacrifice, resilience, and a dream.

In the early 2000s, Manuel Posada immigrated to the United States with nothing but hope for a better future. He arrived with his wife, a 4-year-old son, and an 8-month-old baby—leaving behind a life of poverty in search of opportunity. With no shortcuts and no guarantees, Manuel took on masonry work for another company that gave him a chance. It was there he learned the trade—brick by brick, day by day, building the foundation of what would later become our family business.

During the 2008 economic crisis, with work disappearing and bills piling up, Manuel nearly made the painful decision to return to Mexico. But instead of giving up, he pushed forward. In 2011, a small job offered by another masonry contractor sparked the beginning of a new chapter. Manuel took the leap and started working independently, subbing for larger masonry companies and slowly growing a reputation built on hard work, skill, and grit.

By 2021, we obtained our Class A contractor license and took our business to the next level—this time, as a father-son team. Juan Posada, that same 4-year-old who once sat quietly watching his father come home worn down by exhaustion and financial stress, grew up with a deep understanding of the sacrifice it took to keep the family moving forward. Today, we stand side by side, committed to building something greater together.

Since then, we've successfully completed over $8 million in masonry work, and we’re just getting started.
